Fayetteville Elementary Ministry Leader - Women's Discipleship

Campus: Fayetteville

Purpose: to make disciples by supporting the vision and direction of the FayetteKids Elementary ministry. To minister to K-6th graders by partnering with their families in helping them love Jesus more, strengthening their faith communities, and introducing them to the mission of God. To help create an environment of vision, passion, & discipleship where adults and student leaders are equipped to serve.

Hours: Full-Time, salaried, 40 hours/week

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Minister of Fellowship Fayetteville - Be a part of the team that shepherds and cares for the people of Fayetteville
  • Discipleship & People Development - Recruit, shepherd, train, & encourage FayetteKids K-6th grade disciple-makers focusing on women
  • Sunday Mornings - Develop community as we gather weekly to worship

Fayetteville Early Childhood Ministry Leader

Campus: Fayetteville

Purpose: To support the vision and mission of Fellowship Fayetteville by working alongside the family ministry team. Equipping leaders as they serve families, teach the gospel, and create community on Sundays. Partnering with families to build gospel-centered foundation for their children’s lives, and to create a safe, loving, and learning environment for kids on Sundays.  

Hours: Full-Time, salaried, 40 hours/week

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Minister of Fellowship Fayetteville - Be a part of the team that shepherds and cares for the people of Fayetteville
  • Discipleship & People Development - Recruit, shepherd, train, & encourage FayetteKids birth-Pre-K leaders by casting vision and developing a plan for training
  • Sunday Mornings - Develop community as we gather weekly to worship & execute tasks required for Sunday services that create an atmosphere for leaders to feel confident leading kids and families feel welcomed.
  • Leader Administration – Maintain Planning Center & Rock leader information & screening
  • Family Partnership – Connect, support, encourage, cast vision, and provide direction in helping parents take the lead in discipling their children.
  • Weekly Programming Readiness (Facilities) – Maintain spaces in the Early Childhood area to be ready for the next ministry.

Bentonville Elementary K2 Large Group Ministry Leader

Campus: Bentonville

Purpose: To plan & implement K-2 large group experiences, lead & care for Large Group Leaders

Hours: Part-Time, salaried, 20 hours/week

Start date: July 2023

Leadership Responsibilities

  • LEADERS - Recruit, train, produce, and release healthy spiritual leaders.
  • FAMILIES - Help families own the spiritual development of the next generation.
  • SUNDAY - Help plan and facilitate 48 impactful Sunday morning experiences.
  • TEAM - Serve as a healthy member of the elementary team

Bentonville Production Technician

Campus: Bentonville

Purpose: Assist in the management, execution and expansion of technical production resources for Fellowship Bentonville and all Fellowship ministries.

Hours: Full-time, salaried, 40 hours/week

Start date: to be determined

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Manage AVL technical production for Fellowship Bentonville Campus
  • Manage Campus Engineering support for Bentonville worship venues, classes, and events
  • Lead in management of all service prep for Bentonville Campus
  • Lead in recruitment of volunteers for Bentonville and training sessions for volunteers
  • Foster volunteer team health in conjunction with worship team
  • Assist Bentonville Media team with task and creative decisions as time permits.
  • Assist Tech Prod team in all AVL gear maintenance, planning, and inventory on the Bentonville campus
  • Assist worship team with service planning and creative ideas and deployment of any and all projects
  • Work with Tech Prod team on larger scale projects and assist everywhere necessary

Rogers Kids Day Out Classroom Leader

Campus: Rogers

Purpose: To lead and oversee children in a classroom setting. Infant thru Pre-K. Visit Kids Day Out for more information on the program.

Hours: part-time, hourly

Weekly Schedule: Monday and Wednesday 8:45-2:15 

Start date: Summer Session is June 5 - July 26 (off the week of July 4th)

Leadership responsibilities:

  • Have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ which is modeled for children.
  • Share the love, joy, and hope of Christ with children and parents and staff.
  • Support the core beliefs and leadership of Fellowship Bible Church.
  • Exemplify Godly character and embody Fellowships Mission, Vision, Statement of Faith and Leadership Covenant.
  • Demonstrate a passion for children and a desire for them to know about God.
  • Attend prayer time as scheduled per ministry day.
  • Take time to review class lesson during the week, incorporating God-given gifts into each lesson.
  • Care for the children the classroom through prayer and discipleship. Send “prayer/missed you” cards, etc. (provided).
  • Be faithful in attendance (Attendance agreement form).
  • Attend training sessions as provided monthly and yearly.
  • Communicate, engage and support co-leader/staff in ministry and classroom duties.
  • Participate and support the overall ministry in servant leadership as Jesus demonstrated.
  • Follow safety and classroom guidelines as stated in Leader handbook, STOP Manual, Security Manual, and staff trainings.

Campus: Bentonville
