Hours: Full-time, salaried, 40 hours/week

Leadership Responsibilities:
- Candidates shall have 3-5 years experience and possess a fundamental knowledge in the basic trades for remodeling, building construction, repairs and/or maintenance fields. These include the following types of skill sets:
- rough and finish carpentry,
- drywall,
- flooring and
- other basic handyman-type skills.
- Support the Mission and Vision of Fellowship and that of Buildings & Grounds team
- Make sure that the campuses have the Fellowship “Look, Smell & Feel”
- Maintain Campuses as work order(s) prescribe
- Give attention to a wide range of Maintenance-oriented activities as described by; but not limited to B&G work order system
