Job Opportunities

Rogers Early Childhood Administrative Professional

Campus: Rogers

Purpose: to provide administrative support for the Rogers Early Childhood team and Sam Hannon.

Hours: 40 hours/week

Start date: immediate availability

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance for Early Childhood, Kids Day Out, Marriage Ministry Children, and KidsTIME ministries
    • Help prepare curriculum and coloring take-home sheets (weekly)
    • Prepare and distribute newsletters for Kids Day Out (1st of every month, September-June)
    • Facilitate registration and prep for Parent/Child Dedications, as well as be present the day of dedications (October, February, and May)
    • Help organize and schedule volunteer appreciation events (twice a year)
    • Help organize and schedule training events for classroom leaders (Fall)
    • Schedule, prep, shop, create programs for Kids Day Out Spring Music Program (March) and Preschool Graduation (May)
    • Help Directors on Sunday mornings when needed, providing coverage for check-in, coordinating, or in classrooms
    • Work with teams to complete office and area tasks and projects.
    • Upload curriculum to the website to be accessed by families (weekly)
    • Provide online training resources for leaders to streamline the training process (as needed)
  • Provide administrative support for Sam Hannon.
  • Take care of administrative tasks within the Rogers Early Childhood Ministry.

Bentonville KidsTIME Classroom Leader

Campus: Bentonville

Purpose: To lead and oversee children in a classroom setting. Infant thru Pre-K.

Hours: part-time, hourly

Weekly Schedule: Tuesday 8:45-11:45am

Start date: mid to late February

Leadership responsibilities:

  • Have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ which is modeled for children.
  • Share the love, joy, and hope of Christ with children and parents and staff.
  • Support the core beliefs and leadership of Fellowship Bible Church.
  • Exemplify Godly character and embody Fellowships Mission, Vision, Statement of Faith and Leadership Covenant.
  • Demonstrate a passion for children and a desire for them to know about God.
  • Attend prayer time as scheduled per ministry day.
  • Take time to review class lesson during the week, incorporating God-given gifts into each lesson.
  • Care for the children the classroom through prayer and discipleship. Send “prayer/missed you” cards, etc. (provided).
  • Be faithful in attendance (Attendance agreement form).
  • Attend training sessions as provided monthly and yearly.
  • Communicate, engage and support co-leader/staff in ministry and classroom duties.
  • Participate and support the overall ministry in servant leadership as Jesus demonstrated.
  • Follow safety and classroom guidelines as stated in Leader handbook, STOP Manual, Security Manual, and staff trainings.

Rogers Community Ministry Administrative Professional

Campus: Rogers

Purpose: to provide administrative support to Rogers and Springdale Women in Community, Fellowship Legacy (senior ministry) and Young Professional Ministry 

Hours: 20 hours/week

Start date: to be determined

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Administration for Rogers and Springdale Women’s Studies and Events
  • Administration for Fellowship Legacy (senior ministry)
  • Administration for Young Professionals Ministry
  • Event, hospitality, and room management

Rogers Early Childhood Ministry Leader - Curriculum

Campus: Rogers

Purpose: To prepare curriculum for Early Childhood classrooms and to train/equip leaders to use it to engage kids and partner with parents.

Hours: 32 hours/week

Start date: to be determined

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on content editing for all Rogers Early Childhood Ministry.
  • Prep social media content in partnership with Early Childhood team.
  • Weekly felt prep for Toddler 2, Preschool Hallway
  • Weekly craft prep for all Early Childhood classes
  • Weekly color sheet prep for all Early Childhood classes
  • Curriculum volunteer management
  • Prep weekly all Infant, Toddler 1, and Toddler 2 curriculum materials
  • Resource room management and curriculum supply upkeep
  • Train and assist Early Childhood classroom leaders to use the curriculum in a classroom setting
  • Train Early Childhood curriculum volunteers to help prepare curriculum
  • Maintain communication between all Early Childhood ministries, helping to make it a smooth process to share the same curriculum materials

Rogers Special Needs and Disability Ministry Leader

Campus: Rogers

Purpose: To provide a ministry opportunity for children at Fellowship with special needs and their families.

Hours: Part-time, salaried, 15 hours/week

Start date: January 1, 2022

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the Fellowship Special Needs and Disability Ministry for children and adults with disabilities, and their families.
  • Schedule and train leaders to support participants on Sunday mornings.
  • Onboard new families who attend Sunday mornings.
  • Facilitate teen and adult service opportunities on Sunday mornings.
  • Communicate Sunday morning details to leaders and families through text and email.
  • Train leaders who work with children and adults with disabilities.
  • Team with various ministry leaders to help individuals with disabilities be successful in their ministry areas, and encourage them to view individuals with disabilities as part of their ministry.
  • Model and assist leaders in teaching Sunday morning curriculum.
  • Help coordinate respite care “rEcess” at Fellowship on a monthly basis.

Rogers Kids Day Out Classroom Leader

Campus: Rogers

Purpose: To lead and oversee children in a classroom setting. Infant thru Pre-K.

Hours: part-time, hourly

Weekly Schedule: Monday and Wednesday 8:45-2:15

Start date: August 30, 2021

Leadership responsibilities:

  • Have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ which is modeled for children.
  • Share the love, joy, and hope of Christ with children and parents and staff.
  • Support the core beliefs and leadership of Fellowship Bible Church.

Night Custodian (3 Full-Time Positions Available)

Campus: Multi-Campus

Purpose: to provide a clean, safe campus and a comfortable setting on the Fellowship campuses

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week, hours designated below:

  • Rogers – Thursday 3-11pm, Friday 4-midnight, Saturday 3-11pm, Sunday Noon-8pm, Monday 3-11pm
  • Rogers – Friday 4-midnight, Saturday 9am -5pm, Sunday Noon-8pm, Monday 3-11pm, Tuesday 3-11pm
  • Bentonville - Tuesday through Saturday 3 – 11pm

Start date - immediate availability

Leadership Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean campus
  • Provide setup and teardown for events
  • Maintain proper supply inventory levels
  • Perform minor building and equipment maintenance

Painting Specialist

Campus: Multi-Campus

Purpose: Keep all the Fellowship buildings and facilities painted, looking fresh as well as assisting in other areas of Buildings and Grounds as needed.

Hours: Full-time, salaried, 40 hours/week

Start date -immediate availability

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Support the mission and vision of Fellowship and that of Buildings and Grounds.
  • Make sure that the campus has the Fellowship look, smell, feel.
  • Possess a strong knowledge of the commercial painting profession
  • Maintain and oversee all facets with respect to interior and exterior painting and finishes (including spray finishes).
  • Manage, maintain and update a painting schedule that keeps the facilities looking fresh and new.
  • Maintain paint shop and inventory.

Primary Strengths Required:

  • Possess excellent painting skills and the ability of gyp. board repairs and finishing
